55-168. Same; insufficient funds; affect.Whenever there are insufficient moneys in the well pluggingassurance fundor the abandoned oil and gas well fund to pay the liabilities of such fund,such liabilities shall beand are hereby imposed on the conservation fee fund, provided such liabilitieswere incurred in accordance with the prioritization schedules establishedpursuant to subsection (b)(2) of K.S.A. 55-166, and amendmentsthereto, andsubsection (b)(2) of K.S.A. 55-192, and amendments thereto.
