Chapter 55.--OIL AND GAS
Article 1.--OIL AND GAS WELLS; REGULATORY PROVISIONS

      55-159.   Notification of commission prior to setting surface casing orplugging; inspections; penalty.Operators shall notify the commission prior to setting surface casing onor plugging of any well, in conformance with the rules and regulations adoptedpursuant to this act. An agent of the commission mayconduct on-site inspection of such drilling or plugging operations. Failure to notify shall be a class C misdemeanor.
