      55-112.   Transportation of gas; standards for.(a) Any person or persons, firm, company or corporation engaged indrilling for, piping, transporting, using or selling natural gas shalltransport or conduct the same through materialslisted under appendix B of 49 CFR part 192 and pressure test the pipeaccording to the criteria provided in subpart J of 49 CFR part 192, as ineffect on the effective date of this act.

      (b)   The provisions of subsection (a) shall not apply to any gatheringlines which are exempted from 49 CFR part 192.
