Chapter 50.--UNFAIR TRADE AND CONSUMER PROTECTION Article 6.--CONSUMER PROTECTION

      50-6,112.   Penalties.(a) Except as provided in subsections (b) and (c), any personintentionally violating the provisions ofK.S.A. 2009 Supp.50-6,109through 50-6,111, andamendments thereto, shall be guiltyof aclass C misdemeanor for which the minimum fine is $200.

      (b)   Any person convicted of violating the provisions of K.S.A.2009 Supp. 50-6,109 through 50-6,111, and amendments thereto, forthe second time within a two-year period shall be guilty of aclass B misdemeanorfor which the minimum fine is $500.

      (c)   Any person convicted of violating the provisions ofK.S.A. 2009 Supp.50-6,109through 50-6,111, and amendments thereto,for the third and subsequent times within a two-year period shall be guilty ofa class A misdemeanor for which the minimum fine is $1,000.
