50-133. Agreements or combinations for shipmentsunder warehousecontrol; violation of restraint of trade act.No person, as agent or employee of anyperson, shall enter into an agreement, expressed or implied, bywhich it isstipulated that grain, seeds or hay shall not be shipped by the producer orlocal buyer unless accompanied with warehouse receipts or that the sameshall in any manner be under the control of any warehouseman or agent as acondition precedent to the marketing of suchgrain. All such agreementsshall be deemed and are hereby declared unlawful and in violation of thisact.
