50-113. Trust certificates; creation of trusts.It shall be unlawful for any corporation toissue or to own trustcertificates, other than the regularly and lawfully authorized stockthereof, or for any corporation, agent, officer or employees, or thedirectors or stockholders of any corporation, to enter into anycombination, contract or agreement with any person or persons, or with anystockholder or director thereof, the purposeand effect of which combination, contract or agreement shall be to placethe management or control of such combination or combinations, or themanufactured product thereof, in the hands of any trustee or trustees, withthe intent to limit or fix the price or lessen the production and sale ofany article of commerce, use or consumption, or to prevent, restrict ordiminish the manufacture or output of any such article.
