50-109. Enforcement of act; powers and duties ofattorney general.The attorney general shall:
(a) Enforce this act throughout the state;
(b) cooperate with state and local officials, officials of other states andofficials of the federal government in the administration of comparablestatutes;
(c) maintain a public file of final judgments rendered under this act thathave been either reported officially or made available for public disseminationunder subsection (a)(3) of K.S.A. 50-630, and amendments thereto, and ofconsent judgments; and
(d) include in the report required by subsection (a)(6) of K.S.A. 50-628, andamendmentsthereto, a statement of the investigatory and enforcement procedures andpolicies of the attorney general's office, of the number of investigations andenforcement proceedings instituted and of their disposition, and of the otheractivities of the office and of other persons to carry out the purposes of thisact.
