Chapter 49.--MINES AND MINING Article 6.--SURFACE-MINING LAND CONSERVATION AND RECLAMATION

      49-624.   Same; legal services.The commission may request from the attorney general such legalservices as necessary to enforce and administer this act. The commission mayemploy such other attorneys as necessary for such purpose, but all expenses ofemploying such attorneys shall be paid from the land reclamation fund.
