      48-1611.   Injunction proceedings.Whenever, in the judgment of the secretary, any person hasengaged in or isabout to engage in any acts or practices which constitute or willconstitute a violation of any provision of this act or any rule and regulationor order issued thereunder, the attorney general shall be empowered to makeapplication to the district court of the county in which such acts orpractices may be performed, for an order enjoining such acts or practices,or for an order directing compliance, and upon a showing by thesecretary thatsuch person has engaged or is about to engage in any such acts orpractices, a permanent or temporary injunction, restraining order, or otherorder may be granted. If the attorney general shall present a verifiedapplication for a restraining order which alleges an immediate danger tothe public health and safety, such restraining order shall issue forthwith.
