      47-845.   Construction of act.Nothing in this act shall be construed as forbidding orfurther restricting any merchant or manufacturer from selling at such person'sregular place of business, medicines,pharmaceuticalproducts, biological products, feed additives,feed, appliances or other products usedin the prevention or treatment of animal diseases or any person from selling orapplying any pesticide, insecticide or herbicide.
