      47-667.   Definitions.As used in this act, unless the context otherwise requires: (a)"Commissioner" means the livestock commissioner appointed by the Kansasanimal health board pursuant to K.S.A. 75-1901.

      (b)   "SPF" swine means specific pathogen free swine, which conform to theregulations and health standards prescribed by the commissioner.

      (c)   "Person" means any individual, partnership, firm, association orcorporation.
