      47-663.   Sale of cattle as tuberculosis tested unlawful.It shall be unlawful for any person to sell cattle as tuberculosistested, or as clean, or as free from tuberculosis, or such equivalents,unless such animals have been tested and found negative to be tuberculintested within a thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the sale:Provided, This section shall not apply to sales of cattle from anaccredited tuberculin free herd.
