47-661. Same; duty of persons to assist officials; notice.Any person who owns or is in possession of any domestic animals, who hasbeen notified by any authorized officer or officers, or their authorizeddeputies, that such animals are to be tested for tuberculosis or otherinfectious or contagious disease, shall assemble, or cause to be assembled,all such animals, and it shall be the duty of said owner or possessor toassist such official in the testing and identifying of all such animals andto assist such official in the further identifying of all animals whichreact positively to the tests administered.
