      47-629a.   Sale of virulent hog-cholera virus by unauthorizedvendors unlawful.It shall be unlawful for any person to sell or offer for sale virulenthog-cholera virus to another unless the vendor is: (1) Amanufacturer thereof; or (2) a distributor of veterinariansupplies, authorized by the livestock commissioner to handleand sell such virus; or (3) a veterinarian licensedunder the Kansas veterinary practice act.
