      47-432.   Livestock brand emergency revolving fund; purpose.There is hereby created a livestock brand emergency revolving fund forthe use of the state livestock commissioner for the purposeof paying expenses and costs of establishing the ownership of livestockwhich are mingled as a result of sudden or extreme storm conditions orother unforeseen occurrences.
