Chapter 47.--LIVESTOCK AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS Article 21.--DOMESTICATED DEER

      47-2102.   Intentionally releasing domesticated deer; penalty.(a) It shall be unlawful for any person to intentionallyrelease or set free domesticated deer from a confined area.

      (b)   Violation of this section is a class C nonperson misdemeanor.
