Chapter 46.--LEGISLATURE Article 23.--STATE-TRIBAL RELATIONS

      46-2304.   Severability.If any provision of this act or the application thereof to anypersonor circumstances is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect otherprovisions or applications of this act which can be given effect withoutthe invalid provision or application. To this end the provisions ofthis act are severable.
