Chapter 46.--LEGISLATURE Article 12.--LEGISLATIVE COORDINATING COUNCIL

      46-1226.   Studies commissioned by legislature; notbinding; may be rejected.(a) Any cost study analysis, audit or other studycommissioned or funded bythe legislature and any conclusions or recommendations thereof shall not bebinding upon thelegislature. The legislature may reject, at any time, any such analysis, auditor study and anyconclusions and recommendations thereof.

      (b)   A cost study analysis, audit or study shall include, but not be limitedto, any cost studyanalysis, audit or study conducted pursuant to K.S.A. 46-1225, prior to itsrepeal,K.S.A. 2007 Supp.46-1131, prior to its repeal, andK.S.A. 2009 Supp.46-1132, andamendments thereto.
