Article 4.--PUBLIC RECORDS PRESERVATION

      45-410.   Legislative records; legislative coordinating council control.The state records board shall have no control over the dispositionof legislative records. Subject to the approval of the legislative coordinatingcouncil, those records with enduring value as determined by the state archivistmay be transferred to the state archives. Recommended retention and dispositionschedules for legislative records may be prepared by the state archivist. The correspondence and other papers of an individual legislator shall beconsidered the personal property of the individual legislator.
