Chapter 44.--LABOR AND INDUSTRIES Article 6.--REGULATION OF LABOR AND INDUSTRY

      44-648.   Same; penalties.That a violation of any provision of this act shall constitute amisdemeanor, and any one convicted thereof shall be punished by a fineof not less than twenty-five dollars $25, nor more than one hundreddollars $100 for each such misdemeanor.
