Chapter 44.--LABOR AND INDUSTRIES Article 6.--REGULATION OF LABOR AND INDUSTRY

      44-626.   Construction of 44-601 to 44-628.The provisions of this act and all grants of power, authority and jurisdictionherein made to the secretary of labor shall beliberally construedand all incidental powers necessary to carry into effect the provisionsof this act are hereby expressly granted to and conferred uponthe secretary.
