Article 6.--REGULATION OF LABOR AND INDUSTRY

      44-619.   Inducing violation of act or orders; penalty.Any officer of any corporation engaged in any of the industries,employments, utilities or common carriers herein named and specified, orany officer of any labor union or association of persons engaged as workersin any such industry, employment, utility or common carrier, or anyemployer of labor, coming within the provisions of this act, who shallwillfully use the power, authority or influence incident tosuch person's officialposition, or position as an employer of others, and by such meansshall intentionally influence, impel, or compel any other person to violateany of the provisions of this act, or any valid order of the secretary oflabor,shall be deemed guilty of a felony and upon conviction thereof in any courtof competent jurisdiction shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $5,000,or by imprisonment in the custody ofthe secretary of corrections for a term notto exceed two years, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
