Article 5.--WORKERS COMPENSATION

      44-583.   Same; irrevocable consent; service of process on commissionerof insurance.Every group-funded workers' compensation pool applying for authority tooperate a pool in this state, as a condition precedent to obtaining suchauthority, shall file in the insurance department a written irrevocableconsent, that any action may be commenced against such pool in the propercourt of any county in this state in which the cause of action shall ariseor in which the plaintiff may reside by the service of process on the commissionerof insurance of this state, and stipulating and agreeing that such serviceshall be taken and held in all courts to be as valid and binding as if dueservice had been made upon the trustees or the administrator of such pool. The consent shall be executed by the board of trustees and shall be accompaniedby a duly certified copy of the resolution passed by the trustees to executesuch consent.
