      44-526.   Filing agreements, awards, etc.Any award of compensation may be modified by subsequent writtenagreement of the parties, but no such agreement modifying an award shall bevalid as against the workman unless such agreement or a copy thereof befiled by the employer in the office of the director within sixty (60) daysafter the execution of such agreement.
