Chapter 44.--LABOR AND INDUSTRIES Article 16.--AMUSEMENT RIDES

      44-1613.   Home-owned amusement rides, exemption;Kansas amusement ride act.(a) The provisions of K.S.A. 2009 Supp. 44-1601 through44-1612, and amendments thereto, shall not apply to home-owned amusementrides, as defined in K.S.A. 2009 Supp. 44-1601, and amendments thereto.

      (b)   The provisions ofK.S.A. 2009 Supp. 44-1601 through 44-1612, and amendments thereto, and thissection, and amendments thereto, shall be known as the Kansas amusement rideact.
