42-3,107. Abatement of structure as nuisance by sheriff; costs.It may be a part of the judgment in any such case that the structure inquestion be abated as a nuisance by the sheriff of the county wherein thestructure may be, and the cost of such abatement shall be taxed by thecourt and judgment therefore given against the defendant.
