42-3,103. Inspection of works; condemnation and abatement.Every dam and embankment, flume, aqueduct and other conduit now orhereafter constructed in this state for the purpose of collecting, holding,storing, impounding, carrying or raising the level of any water forindustrial or domestic uses, within the limits prescribed by this act,shall be subject at all times to inspection by the authority of law, andmay be condemned and abated, with or without compensation therefor, whereand when the public safety may require, and as may be just and proper inany case.
