Chapter 42.--IRRIGATION Article 3.--IRRIGATION AND IRRIGATION DISTRICTS

42-388. Laws applicable.All the provisions of chapter 133 of the Session Laws of 1891, andof any amendments thereof, relating to irrigation districts, are herebymade applicable to all irrigation districts created under the provisions ofthis act, subject to the restrictions hereinbefore set forth.
