Article 3.--LICENSING AND RELATED PROVISIONS; CITY OPTION

      41-336.   Same; purchase only from permit holder; exception.No licensee shall purchase alcoholic liquor or cereal maltbeverage from, or give an order to, any person who is not the holderof a permit duly issued hereunder, except that an employee of a licenseddistributor may solicit sales while on the licensed premises of suchdistributor without such a permit.
