Chapter 41.--INTOXICATING LIQUORS AND BEVERAGES Article 26.--LICENSURE AND REGULATION OF SALE OF LIQUOR BY THE DRINK

      41-2639.   Sale of club memberships; restrictions.(a) No person shall receive a commission or other compensation for the saleof any membership to a club.

      (b)   No person shall sell or offer for sale any membership to a club excepton the licensed premises of such club.

      (c)   This section shall be part of and supplemental to K.S.A. 41-2601 to41-2637, inclusive, and amendments thereto.
