      41-2635.   Severability.If any phrase, clause, sentence or section of this act is declaredinvalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction it shallbe conclusively presumed that the legislature would have passed theremainder of the act without the part so held invalid or unconstitutional.
