      41-2626.   Violations of act or rules and regulations; revocation or suspension oflicense.Whenever any licensee under this act hasbeen convicted by any court of aviolation of any of the provisions of this act, or the rules andregulations lawfully promulgated thereunder, the director shall revoke orsuspend the licensee's license in an original proceedingbrought before the director for thatpurpose.The proceeding shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions ofthe Kansas administrative procedure act.
