41-2619. Search warrant for premises where liquor sold by the drinkwithout license or permit.The existence of any place for which a license or temporary permit has not beenissued pursuant to this act and which purports, or is held out to thepublic or to any personby the proprietors or their agents or employees, to be a place wherealcoholic liquor is sold by the individualdrink, shall be deemed to be sufficientprobable cause for any judge ofthe district court to issue a search warrant to any lawenforcement officer of thestate or a subdivision of the state for the purpose of searching suchplace for alcoholic liquor being sold, possessed or consumed inviolation of this act, any other law of the state or any ordinance of amunicipal subdivision of the state.
