41-207. Director; seal; records, certification and admission in evidence.The director may, for authentication of the records,process and proceedings of the director, adopt andkeep and use a common seal of which judicial notice shall betaken in all of the courts of the state. Any process, notice or other paperwhich the director may be authorized by law to issue shall be deemedsufficient if signed by the director or deputy director and authenticatedby the seal of the director.
All acts, orders, proceedings, rules and regulations, entries, minutes andother records of the director and all reports and documents filed with thedirector may be proved in any court of this state by copy thereof certifiedto by the director or the deputy director with the seal of the directorattached. A written certificate stating that after diligent search norecord or entry of a specified tenor is found to exist in the records ofthe office of state director of alcoholic beverage control, when signed andcertified to by the director or the deputy director and authenticated bythe seal of the director, shall be admissible as evidence in any court ofthis state to prove that the records of the office contain no such recordor entry.
