      40-971.   Same; rates in excess of limitation ofpreceding section.Any rate filing which falls outside the limitationsspecified inK.S.A. 2009 Supp.40-970, and amendments thereto, shall be subject to K.S.A.40-952 and40-955, and amendments thereto, unlesssuch filing is otherwise exempt pursuant to another provision of Chapter 40 ofthe Kansas Statutes Annotated and acts amendatory thereof and supplementalthereto.
