      40-907.   Vacancy of premises.Any condition or stipulation in an application, policy or contract offire insurance hereafter made making the policy void in case the insuredpremises become vacant, shall not prevent recovery on such policy if itshall be shown by the plaintiff that the insured premises had ceased to bevacant and were occupied at the time of the loss.
