Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 55.--PUBLIC ADJUSTERS LICENSING ACT

      40-5518.   Rules and regulations.The commissioner shall promulgate such reasonable rules and regulations as arenecessary to carry out the provisions of this act. The commissioner shall adoptsuch rules and regulations by July 1, 2010.
