Chapter 40.--INSURANCE
Article 38.--REGULATION AND REGISTRATION OF ADMINISTRATORS

      40-3827.   Same; pharmacy benefits managerregistration fee fund.The commissioner shall remit all moneys received by or for thecommissioner under theprovisions of this act to the state treasurer at least monthly. Upon receipt ofeach such remittance,the state treasurer shall deposit the entire amount thereof in the statetreasury and such amountshall be credited to the pharmacy benefits manager registration fund.
