      40-3504.   Requirements prior to issuance of policies.No mortgage guaranty insurance company may issue policies until it has obtainedfrom the commissioner of insurance a certificate of authority and has compliedwith the other applicable provisions of chapter 40 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated.
