Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 2b.--INVESTMENTS BY LIFE INSURANCE COMPANIES

      40-2b19.   Prior lawful investments.All investments owned by any life insurance company at the time this actbecomes effective and purchased pursuant to and in accordance with priorinvestment laws of this state shall be deemed in compliance with this act.
