Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 2a.--INVESTMENTS BY OTHER THAN LIFE INSURANCE COMPANIES

      40-2a19.   Prior lawful investments.All investments owned by any insurance company other than life at thetime this act becomes effective and purchased pursuant to and in accordancewith prior investment laws of this state shall be deemed in compliance withthis act.
