Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 27.--UNIFORM UNAUTHORIZED INSURERS ACT

      40-2707.   Penalties.Any unauthorized insurer who transacts any unauthorized act of insurancebusiness as set forth in this act may, upon conviction thereof, be finednot more than ten thousand dollars ($10,000).
