      40-2233.   Same; annual disclosure statement, contract and annual audit;filing with commissioner.A provider shall file with thecommissionerwithin four months of completionof such provider's fiscal year theannual disclosure statement referred to in K.S.A. 40-2232, thecontinuing carecontract referred to in K.S.A. 40-2234 and an annual auditcertified by a certified public accountant.
