      40-2209a.   Applicability of 1978 amendments to K.S.A. 40-1805,40-1905 and 40-2209.The amendments in this act to K.S.A. 40-1805, 40-1905 and 40-2209 shallbe applicable only to policycontracts delivered or issued for delivery in this state on or after theeffective date of this act.
