Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 2.--GENERAL PROVISIONS

      40-205d.   Appeal of commission's decision.Any person aggrieved by the commission's decision shall have the right toappeal the decision in accordance with the provisions of the act forjudicial review and civil enforcement of agency actions.
