      40-205c.   Revocation of agent's license; hearing.Whenever the commissioner of insurance is in possession of informationindicating that any licensed agent is not of good business repute, or doesnot serve the interest of the public under such license, or for any othergood cause, the commissioner of insurance may issue anorder requiring such agent to show cause why the agent's license should not berevoked, and in any such order the commissioner of insurance shall fix thetime and place for a hearing which shall be conducted in accordance withthe provisions of theKansas administrative procedure act. After the hearing, the commissionerof insurance shall have the rightto continue or revoke the license according to the findings made at suchhearing.
