Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 19a.--NONPROFIT DENTAL SERVICE CORPORATIONS

      40-19a08.   Subscription charges.Such corporation shall maintain unearned subscription charges and otherreserves upon the same basis as that required of domestic stock insurancecompanies transacting the same kind of insurance.
