      40-1622.   Same; act supplemental to article16.The provisions of K.S.A. 40-1620 and 40-1621, and40-1623, 40-1624, 40-1625, 40-1626, 40-1627, 40-1628, 40-1629 and40-1630 and amendments thereto,shall be supplemental toarticle 16 of chapter 40 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated and amendmentsthereto.
