40-1021. Guarantee fund.Any insurance company organized under this article having done businessnot less than two years and having at least one million dollars at risk,and having assets other than deposit notes amounting to not less thantwenty-five thousand dollars may, for the better protection of itspolicyholders, create a guarantee fund, with the privilege of increasing itfrom time to time.
