      39-7,100a.   Home and community based services; expansion to includeservices provided under senior care act; funding.The secretary of social and rehabilitation services shallapply for appropriate waivers to applicable federal medicaid provisions topermit an expansion of home and community based services to include theservices provided under the Kansas senior care act and to obtain medicaidfunding therefor.
